Brow Sculpt

We do not recommend waxing over areas that have been in contact with active skin treatments in the past 7 days before your appointment to avoid skin grazing.

Unfortunately no. A Brow Sculpt includes: shape, wax, tint, trimming and your brow artist will show you how to fill in your brows.

We do not recommend having your brows tinted if you have just had a fresh spray tan as this will cause discolouration of the tint. It is recommended to have your Brow Sculpt done prior to your spray tan appointment.

On average a brow tint can last anywhere 10 to 14 days (on the hair only). Oilier skin types have shorter retention and it can possibly last up to 7 days on the skin.

By keeping your freshly tinted brows makeup free, avoid using active skin care around the brow area and try not to get your brows wet for the first 24 hours.

Lash Lift & Tint

On average a Lash Lift can last from 6 to 8 weeks.

We recommend brushing your lashes regularly and avoid using waterproof mascaras. To keep your lashes healthy and strong we recommended to invest in a good eyelash serum.

Yes. You will need to visit a salon that removes eyelash extensions and have them removed prior to a Lash Lift as we do not remove eyelash extensions. We recommend to wait 2 to 4 weeks after having your extensions removed, before booking in for a lash Lift. This is to assist in strengthening your lashes.

For the safety and comfort of your eyes, we ask that all clients remove their contact lenses prior to a Lash Lift treatment. We unfortunately cannot perform the treatment while contact lenses are worn.

All clients are required to sign a consent form prior to a Lash Lift treatment. A parent/guardian is required to sign the consent form, for anyone under the age of 18.

We do not recommend booking in for a Lash Lift treatment whilst pregnant or in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is recommended to have a patch test done 24 hours prior to getting a Lash Lift once you enter the second trimester. However, if the patch test results in a reaction, we will not be able to book you in for the treatment. Please feel free to give the salon a call on (03) 8597 1485 to chat further to one of our friendly technicians about this.

Please be aware: Results of a Lash Lift treatment can vary while pregnant or breast feeding due to the hormonal imbalance through the lash hair follicle.

Cosmetic Tattooing

On average a Lash Lift can last from 6 to 8 weeks. This method is the most natural looking form of eyebrow tattooing. Super fine ‘hair like’ strokes are tattooed into the skin behind existing brow hair to create density, definition and to help fill in gaps for the perfect brow. With results lasting up to 12-18months, keep your brows updated with current trends without having to commit to a ‘traditional’ brow tattoo.

Powder-fill gives a more defined, solid appearance, and is usually a longer-lasting option, whereas hair stroke, as the name suggests, involves cosmetic tattooing on tiny lines/strokes in a design that gives the appearance of hair. Hair-strokes alone, with no background, do require more re-touching than other methods. A good, longer lasting option can be a combination of these, where a lighter powder-fill will be done at the first appointment, then hair-strokes over the top, to give texture and a realistic, hair like appearance. We can discuss these options and what would give you the best result and your consultation. Both techniques are the same price.

No. Our touch up service is only for our existing clients. If you have had your brows done elsewhere, we do not go over them until they have completely faded. Once your brows are ready to be re-done, full prices apply.

If you have had your brows done previously, please send through a photo in natural lighting without any make up on. We will determine whether we can cover them or if you need to book in for removal first. We offer laser-free tattoo removal.

Your skin will take a total of 6 weeks to completely heal and show true results.

Pain threshold levels differ amongst individuals. Some clients may experience slight discomfort and a stinging sensation. Be mentally prepared as it is cosmetic tattooing, it is not pain-free.

Pigments are not implanted into the skin as deep as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade overtime. Skincare routine will also affect the lasting effect of the pigment: patients who tan, uses products with AHA or Glycolic Acid with fade faster as your skin will resurface faster. Each individual’s color retention within the skin will vary.

To maintain the brows looking fresh, a touch up is suggested every 12 months.

Please disclose any medically conditions when making a booking. We may require you to bring additional information from your GP to your consultation.

Oily skin does not hold pigment as well as other skin types. Strokes may not heal as crisp and clients may experience less pigment retention. An additional session may also be required to perfect it. Ombré Brows & Powdered Brows may be a better option for you.

No, you must allow a minimum of 6 weeks for the skin to fully heal.

Absolutely not, it is desirable to have as many natural hairs as possible to achieve a natural look. We will shape your brows prior to starting your brow tattoo procedure.

Your artist will help you choose a color that is best suited to your brow hair in order to get a more natural and blended result. We have a large range of pigments, sometimes 2 or more pigments can be mixed to create a unique color for you.

We use iron oxide pigments that will fade over time and are naturally absorbed by the skin. Iron oxides are innocuous, harmless and perfectly safe for implantation into your skin.

It is not recommended to use any kind of foundation around your brows, the skin should be kept clean until the scabbing/flaking has finished. This can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Yes, swelling and redness will subside within 24 hours. The color of your brows will be dark for the first few days but will soften as the healing process starts.

The area can be a little sore for the first few hours and tender to touch for a couple days.

There is minimal risk of infection as strict hygiene standards are maintained. Sterile, disposable, single use needles from sealed packets are used.

Technically, semi-permanent micro-pigmentation is considered permanent because the colour is implanted into the upper dermal layer of the skin and cannot be washed off. However, the pigment is implanted more superficially than a traditional tattoo, so it naturally fades over time.
